About Our Services

Just Winning with Jules offers the following services:

• Coaching Lab — weekly in-person group coaching sessions (Ocean Grove, VIC) and monthly live online sessions
• 1:1 Coaching & Discovery Calls
• Group Coaching Programs — including Becoming Beautifully You and Boldly Being (12-month memberships)
• Memberships — Confidence Companion, Manifestation Companion, and Founding Member tiers
• Free quizzes, workshops, and online resources

All services are provided by Julie Stevenson (trading as Jules Wheeler / Just Winning with Jules), a sole trader operating under the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By purchasing or booking a service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Bookings & Payment

• All bookings and purchases are confirmed once payment has been received in full.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or FastPayDirect. We do not store your card or payment details.
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable GST where stated.
• By completing payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. A summary is as follows:

• Memberships: Cancel anytime. No refund is issued for the current billing period already charged.
• Casual/one-off sessions: Non-refundable once payment is made. Replay access is provided if you are unable to attend live.
• In-person Coaching Lab programs: Non-refundable once the program has commenced. Your spot may be transferred to another person with prior written notice.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Engage honestly and openly in coaching sessions
• Take responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes
• Attend sessions at the agreed time, or provide reasonable notice if unable to attend
• Treat Jules Wheeler and all fellow participants with respect
• Not record or share session content without prior written consent

Coaching Is Not Therapy

Life coaching is a personal development service and is not a substitute for psychological counselling, therapy, medical advice, or psychiatric treatment. Please refer to our full Coaching Disclaimer for further information.

If you are in crisis or require urgent mental health support, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or your GP.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, tools, worksheets, quiz content, course content, and resources provided by Just Winning with Jules are the intellectual property of Julie Stevenson and are protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any of our materials without prior written permission.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of what you share in coaching. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Group sessions are conducted in a safe and confidential environment. All participants are expected to respect the privacy of others in the group.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Just Winning with Jules makes no guarantees regarding specific results from coaching.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your participation in our services.
• Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website with the updated date shown above.
