About Jules
Jules's Background & Approach
Jules Wheeler is a wellbeing facilitator, transformational coach and experienced educator with over 27 years in education, including many years supporting young people, families and people with additional needs.
She brings a calm, practical and person-centred approach, drawing on coaching, education, nervous system awareness, confidence work, values, strengths and identity-based support. Her work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard and supported as they navigate their own journey.
Jules creates safe, non-judgmental spaces where real growth happens — at your pace, in your way.

This is coaching-style capacity-building and wellbeing support. It is not clinical therapy, crisis support, behaviour support, personal care, nursing, support coordination or medical advice. If a participant needs clinical or urgent support, Jules will encourage them to work with the appropriate qualified professional or service.
